- The Resource & Portfolio Management (RPM) Team is part of the Securitised Product Group (SPG), which combines all securitisation, insurance and other risk distribution activities within Global Banking EMEA, Capital Markets
- The Trade Management Insurance Portfolio Manager is responsible for the representation of Credit Insurance Policies in dedicated systems and the management of their cash flows (calculation, monitoring of premium, etc.) and for their correct regulatory Capital calculation in the systems, to achieve optimum Capital savings for the bank
- Acting as a point of contact between Syndicate, Business Lines, Insurers and Brokers during the life of a policy, as well as for regulatory reporting, the Portfolio Manager will develop expertise in Credit Insurance management and in regulatory Capital of the Bank
- The Candidate will analyse data to optimize Capital savings on managed transactions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. The Candidate will also be key to ensure that all the contractual commitments related to Resources & Portfolio Management transactions are fulfilled
- Assist Credit Insurance Syndicate team in the following tasks:
- Contribute to the monitoring of insured amounts and participating in their monthly internal and external reporting within the deadline
- Create and update files in RPM tools
- Participate in the renewal of general insurance policies
- Contribute to the monitoring of insurance premium payments within contractual deadlines, particularly by updating the relevant internal systems and maintaining dashboards
- Calculate premiums and Fees:
- Calculate, across the entire Trade Management perimeter, the retrocession of premiums in the event of no claims (No Claim Discount) and the retrocession of brokerage fees (Brokerage fee rebate) and ensure they are returned without delay
- Contribute to the reliability of information flows and their control with GreenStars' operations team:
- Participate in documentation aspects
- Ensure the signing of syndication agreements by participating banks
- Provide technical guidance to the Syndicate team on operational aspects of syndication agreements, including drafting and reviewing agreements, and stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes
- Contribute to the monitoring of Master Risk Participation Agreements (MRPAs) signed with participating banks
- Managing the Regulatory Capital process
- Ensure the proper booking of guarantees that materialize the existence of an insurance policy
- Ensure RWA relief is properly represented in Bank’s capital systems
- Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Maths or Economics
- Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Advanced knowledge of Office package (Excel)
