This person will report directly to the Nestle Cereals Business Lead but work very closely with the a Junior Brand Manager.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRAND MANAGER CHILDHOOD FUN & TASTY FAVOURITES (Kids & Teens Brands)
- Responsible for Kids and Teens Brands for Breakfast Cereals Business: Chocapic, Estrelitas, Nesquik, Trix, Lion, Kit Kat, Crunch & Golden Grahams;
- Implement Brand Strategy: Pack, Price, Promotion, Distribution and Communication;
- Lead, Implement and Follow Up of all Marketing Activities: Media, POS Material; Brand Activations; Packaging Development;
- Define local Innovation pipeline accordingly to market trends and global pipeline;
- Brief and develop local media plans with agencies: Media mix; investments;
- Track business results according to objectives (Sales, MS, turns, etc. of own brands and competition)
- Evaluate all key Marketing Initiatives;
- Coordinate with Iberian and Global teams on Brand Strategy; Innovation, Communication Materials and Key Activations;
- Active Participation in coaching and developing a junior teens AMM: from processes to business strategic thinking.
- University Degree;
- Minimum 3 years of Brand Manager experience (FMCG);
- Experience in core Marketing Competences - Brand Planning; I&R Including Launching NPD; Communication Development; Budget Management, Analytical Skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent English is required);
- Strong Result Focus Delivering outstanding results;
- Good balance of listening and influence skills;
- Dynamic and creative.
