Governance & Process Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role

As the Governance & Process Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, developing & supporting standardized IT processes, and ensuring adherence to best practices across our cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline cloud operations, mitigate risks, and support scalable growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cloud-related governance policies, standards, and best practices.
• Define and oversee cloud process workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor compliance with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to optimize cloud usage and cost management.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of multi-cloud environments and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in multi-cloud governance and operational processes.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on multicloud policies and procedures.
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Proven experience in multi-cloud governance, process management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and their governance features.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance standards, and risk management.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge in ITIL, COBIT, and similar.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
