Role Overview:
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll support customers via phone, chat, email, and social media—offering help with account-related questions, technical issues, and transactions. Your mission? To ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support across multiple communication platforms
- Assist customers with setting up accounts, verifications, logins, and payment processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns with speed and professionalism
- Be a trusted point of contact, especially for sports industry clients
- Foster positive relationships through clear and compassionate communication
- Follow internal policies and uphold service quality standards
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
