Program Support Team Leader

Job Purpose:

To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of 3 team members looking after a global program
• Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI
• Manage escalations to resolution
• Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central team
• Initial Quotation Mail Out
• Renewal Chaser 1
• Renewal Chaser 2
• Termination Notification Processes
• Copy in Local PSM and Champions where appropriate
• New Applications – Once passed by PSM, process through to onboarding
• Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements
• Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times
• Escalation of issues to PSM and others, and management of issue to resolution

• Experience of working with partners
• Analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a timely and effective manner
• Constructively work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Willingness to embrace change
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business (written)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
