"F&B Supervisor" is responsible for assist coordinating all areas of the F&B department and maintain the Hotel ´s services and reputation.Job Summary:
"F&B Supervisor" is responsible for assist coordinating all areas of the F&B department and maintain the Hotel ´s services and reputation.Job Summary:
- Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the brand ´s business strategy and leads its execution;
- Ensuresthat regular, on-going communication occurs in all areas of food and beverage (e.G., pre-meal briefings, staff meetings, culinary team);
- Identifies opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and driving necessary change;
- Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee;
- Followsup to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest ´s satisfaction;
- Supervises all the F&Boperations and outlets (e.G., breakfast presentation, cleaness...);
- Complies with all corporate accounting procedures;
- Provides excellent customer service.Requirements:
- Self-Driven;
- Initiative and team spirit;
- High skills Managing people;
- Banquet, Breakfast andHotel experience;
- Hotel Experience.Education/Professional Experience:
- High School Degree or Specialized High School Degree;
- 1-2 years previous experience as F&B Supervisor.Linguistic Knowledge:
