YOUR ROLE:

As an HR Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategic objectives into impactful HR solutions. You’ll play a key role in building a strong organizational culture by:

• Translating business strategies into practical HR initiatives, ensuring clear understanding and consistent application of HR policies.
• Partnering with leaders to tackle HR-related challenges, supporting employees through organizational changes and business transformation.
• Leading employee engagement and organizational health programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Managing complex employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and guiding performance management practices.
• Supporting end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
• Using HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and drive data-informed improvements in HR processes.
• Ensuring full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations.
  
  

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Partner or HR Business Partner role in a multiantional environement.
• Proficient in English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
