About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and data-driven Customer Insights Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll play a key part in leveraging Microsoft’s Customer Insights platform to drive smarter segmentation, behavioral analysis, and actionable insights across our customer base. If you’re passionate about analytics, data integration, and customer intelligence — this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support advanced Customer Insights features such as unified profiles, segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
- Use advanced analytics tools to identify customer patterns, trends, and opportunities from large volumes of data.
- Lead customer segmentation strategies using Customer Insights’ capabilities to categorize customers based on dynamic criteria.
- Develop and execute testing strategies for data ingestion and transfer to Customer Insights, providing detailed documentation and hands-on support.
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles with strong technical expertise.
- Proven track record in projects involving Microsoft Customer Insights.
- Ability to integrate diverse data sources into a unified platform.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its interoperability with other Microsoft tools.
- Strong background in Big Data and Advanced Analytics.
- Experience with Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Understanding of data integration and data export processes to external systems.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power BI, Azure) and other analytics-related credentials are a strong plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
