Group ERP CoE Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Summary: Verisure is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist to join our growing Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon. You will be a key player in supporting and enhancing our Oracle Cloud Financials platform (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) for 18 countries. This is a unique opportunity to have a real impact on our business as we centralize and optimize our global ERP strategy.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide daily functional support for Oracle Cloud Financials, managing incidents and requests from finance teams across Europe and LATAM.
• Monitor ERP integrations and reports to ensure system health and data integrity.
• Support all phases of internal projects, including functional design, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
• Manage Oracle Cloud's quarterly upgrades by testing new features and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and new functionalities.
  
  

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Experience):

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically with Financial Modules (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
• Skills: Proven experience in ERP implementation, functional support, and incident management.
• Education: Relevant degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus.
• Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, demonstrating successful stakeholder management.
