Role: We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Intern to support our IT recruitment and talent management processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Location: Remote, Portugal.
Requirements: Screening and contacting potential candidates;Conducting initial screening calls;Scheduling interviews with candidates;Ensures accuracy in candidate records, scheduling, and documentation;Ensures up-to-date information in candidate ATS;Maintain and update candidates information, ensuring GDPR compliance;Basic understanding of IT job profiles and terminology (plus);Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (plus);Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (plus);Active sourcing abilities - experience using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub (plus);Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable, and professional attitude;High level of proactivity, dynamism, and a can-do attitude;Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;Strong organizational and time management skills;Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
