Key Responsibilities:
- Join our dynamic e-Acq Administration team for EMEA and become an integral part of our Supplier Compliancy Data Quality Improvements initiative
- Support the administration of Supplier Data and Questionnaires in close communication with our suppliers across EMEA
- Manage user access and updates related to Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Supplier Life Cycle, and ordering emails.
- Collaborate with e-ACQ Administrators and country-appointed contacts.
- Address ERP interface technical issues in collaboration with IS contacts.
- Ensure timely management and resolution of tickets related to supplier setup, data changes, or deletion in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in the data quality improvement process for comprehensive feedback and exchange.
- Fluency in French is essential for effective communication with our suppliers
- Experience in customer or supplier facing role or communication interface to other companies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and advise our suppliers
- Excellent planning, organizing, interpersonal, and communication skills
