Business Management Officer

Your Main Activities Are

As a member of the Business Management team, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Muti functional support & interaction
• Support the Senior Management in the preparation of different presentations and Committees
• Provide support to trading and sales teams in day-to-day business and strategic topics
• Ensure the deliverables and processes shared with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operational Permanent Control are done with good quality and within the proper time frame
• Produce Financial reporting with close monitoring of Revenues, Costs, and Resources utilization
• Support sales teams with clients’ onboardings and recertifications
• Maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes, ensuring that the right information is being properly stored
• Project Management
• Actively support Senior Management with ongoing transversal projects and initiatives
• Representation of Senior Management in steering committees, project workgroups and taskforces
• Follow-up of new regulatory guidelines impacting Global Markets in Belgium, together with Legal & Compliance teams
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Masters in Finance, Business, Management or Economics
• English (French or Dutch is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Tableau and Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Ability to leverage networks
• At ease with numbers and financial database handling
• Excellent analytical skills
• Innovative and creative thinker combined with strong ethics and integrity
• Initiative and focus on getting things done
• Accuracy
