HR Reporting Trainee

Your Main Activities Are

• Provide transversal support to the entire team in all subjects (Reporting, Systems, Regulatory, among others)
• Support the team, managing HR data in BNP Paribas’ HR tools
• Provide support to the HR users
• Manage the HR data quality and create new controls for HR data
• Produce dashboards and ad-hoc reporting according to HR needs
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance or other related fields
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel
• Analytical ability and critical thinking
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities
• Attention to detail and sense of confidentiality
• Strong team spirit, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
