- The Management Support Trainee’s main mission is to be in contact with functions of the bank, as the experience within the Global Banking Office will enable the trainee to put their knowledge into practice in areas such as finance, company organization, optimization, human resources, communication, business continuity management, conduct and project management
- Provide support for deliverables and processes related to Finance, Human Resources, Business Continuity, and other areas relevant to department management within BNP Paribas
- Consolidate, analyse, and report data in a structured and articulate manner, supporting informed business decisions
- Contribute to the development or maintenance of data across a range of activities, including budget monitoring, space management, internal barometer results, and more
- Support the management of internal communications by coordinating events, welcoming new team members, and assisting in the creation of newsletters, Sharepoint content, and other general communications
- Help follow up on and implement transversal initiatives or new projects that benefit and enhance scope management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing and Communications
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
- Adaptability
- Great organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytical ability
- Great team spirit with the ability to develop and leverage networks
- Global Banking is a business line within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) front office division of BNP Paribas, which contributes to the ambition of being the European bank of reference for our corporate clients' financing, financial advisory, and cash management needs
- Within Global Banking, the Global Banking Office (GBO) is a transversal team that supports all Global Banking teams in Portugal. During your missions, you will interact with managers and team leaders in charge of Global Banking's local teams. You will also be in contact with other functions of the bank, as your experience within the Global Banking Office will enable you to put your knowledge into practice in the following areas: finance, company organization, optimization, human resources, communication, business continuity management, conduct and project management
