Network Architect

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Network Architecture Design;
• Develop high-level and low-level designs for LAN, WAN, wireless, SASE and cloud networking;
• Define standards and best practices across multi-vendor environments;
• Design secure network segmentation strategies incorporating Zero Trust principles;
• Solution Implementation;
• Oversee deployments and migrations of network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points;
• Lead SASE solution implementation projects;
• Validate configurations and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet performance and security objectives.
• Customer Engagement;
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging assumptions and proposing innovative approaches;
• Develop network transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals;
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training;
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to customer needs;
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and delivery methodologies.
  
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade network solutions;
• Deep knowledge of at least two of the following:
• Aruba Networks (e.g., ClearPass, Aruba Central, Mobility Controllers)
• Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access)
• Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
• Strong understanding of SASE concepts and hands-on exposure to solutions like Zscaler or Prisma Access;
• Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and security policies;
• Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  

Nice-to-Have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PCNSE, NSE, Aruba Certified Design Professional);
• Experience integrating network solutions with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure);
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform);
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture frameworks.
