Project: 100% remote (however the resource must be physically located in Portugal, Spain, UK or Poland) Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML solutions architecture, with at least one year of experience focused on generative AI technologies. - Specific knowledge in generative AI, understanding of the fundamental concepts and methodologies of generative models, as well as familiarity with design patterns applied to AI-based solutions. - Ability to communicate complex concepts, challenge and influence a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and consistency in understanding. Be a confident and effective communicator, with good internal and external stakeholder management skills. - Ability to evaluate and select generative AI technologies and tools that fit the technical and functional requirements of the solution. - Knowledge of ethical considerations, governance models and guidelines for responsible AI design, especially in the context of generative models that produce new content. - Languages: Portuguese and English (advanced). Spanish would be appreciated. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and implement integrated generative AI solutions that meet business requirements and follow industry best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions using generative AI technologies. - Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks and tools, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. - Developing prototypes and proofs of concept that demonstrate the viability and value of AI solutions. - Ensuring that AI solutions comply with ethical standards, governance models and applicable regulatory requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering and data science teams. - Keeping up to date with emerging trends and innovations in the field of generative AI, contributing to strategic decision-making. - Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders with different levels of technological literacy. VALUED SKILLS: - Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. - Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. - Experience in developing AI systems based on agents or multi-agent collaboration frameworks.
