We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Specialist, People Services, to join our People Function team. What You’ll Do

As a People Services Specialist, you will:

  • Organize and maintain employee´s records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers and promotions;
  • Perform all payroll-related tasks, including income, deductions and monthly variable control, ensuring data accuracy;
  • Align and share payroll information with the Treasury department before each payroll cycle;
  • Manage post-payroll activities, including statutory and corporate matters;
  • Support through ticket service, presential or via phone employees´ requests;
  • Manage labor relations and union-related matters;
  • Clarify labor law questions and payroll-related variables, seeking external legal advice when necessary;
  • Compile and submit mandatory reports to official entities (e.g., GEP, Social Security, Tax Authorities), ensuring legal compliance;
  • Send monthly reports to partner entities (e.g., unions, insurance companies) and respond to internal statistical requests;
  • Support Manager, Operations in Internal and External Audits
  • Prepare functional requirements and support system integrations to optimize processes and ensure data reliability;


What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar HR roles
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences or administrative equivalent discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in English Language is a must
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication;
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
