We are now looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join us, ideally with a focus on Commerce or Website/Content Management Systems (CMS).

Job Description

Your passion is to convince enterprise prospects and clients of a solution that provides the perfect customer experience, delivered by a commerce or content management system like the Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Drupal, Magnolia, Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify or other technologies.

Therefore, you like building the bridge between customer experience on one side, and technology on the other side. You are responsible for leading the value proposition of key opportunities and pitches in close collaboration with a team of experts and sales, defining the pitch strategy and story, stressing the advantages of our value proposition and providing a holistic solution for the challenge the customer is facing. You might also be in charge for crafting high-level concepts and customer journeys for websites. You respond to a client request with one voice as an agency that integrates different aspects like Customer Experience, Data or Technology. You are in close exchange and cooperation with the stakeholders in our company (e.g. with Sales, Account Manager and Practices) as well as with our key technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding and translating large, global, multi-market buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate
  • Generating a value proposition including business outcomes and business case
  • Architecting and establishing complex projects involving multiple brand solutions
  • Analysing customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing
  • infrastructure
  • Applying business outcome-based sales principles and demonstrates relevant and transferable company experience in developing sales strategy to drive client solution
  • Understanding and articulating all aspects of the proposed solution
  • Coordinating and leading all solution approvals


Qualifications

  • Solution oriented with a strong consulting background and the will to provide the best solution for the customer
  • At least 3 to 4 years of solid experience in digital consulting or digital project
  • business
  • Solid experience in CX conceptual work, general Digital Customer Experience topics, approaches and best practices for websites
  • Strong experience in an enterprise CMS or Commerce product like Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore DXP, Magnolia, Adobe Magento, Salesforce Sales or Commerce cloud, Shopify or similar. Certifications in the corresponding products are an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to look at things from a high-level perspective
  • Very good knowledge of English (C1), written and spoken. German would be a strong advantage, too.
