YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Program managing to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • IT suppliers management
  • Work closely with the Project Managers, Product Owners, Delivery and Ops teams and Suppliers assuring the alignment of all the working streams
  • Assure a regular executive status of the program with updates at ExCo level
  • Manage budget execution, anticipating any potential deviation/trade-off and discuss it with stakeholders for final decision.
  • Track performance and analyse the completion of key goals. Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven leadership skills and strong communication skills at C-suite level
  • Ability to work on a matrix organization
  • Communication, critical thinking, resilience, organization, problem-solving skills with a strong time management.
  • Suppliers’ management
  • Experience in project portfolio management, preferably in the telco market
