Notwithstanding, as we enjoy spending some time together, you can expect to meet the team in person occasionally for group meetings and bonding moments.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior QA & Support Engineer to join our fast-paced and talented team to enhance and expand the Nutrium platform, which bridges dietitians and patients. In this role, you will contribute to shaping and ensuring product quality through manual and automated testing, while also providing hands-on technical support to our customer support team. You will serve as a bridge between customer-facing teams, product and engineering, helping identify issues early, improve product stability, and deliver a better user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests (unit, integration, E2E);
  • Collaborate with developers and PMs to define test strategies and ensure high-quality releases;
  • Perform regression tests, validate bug fixes, and improve automated test suites;
  • Promote a strong quality culture within the engineering team.
  • Technical Support
  • Investigate and reproduce user-reported issues; file clear bug reports;
  • Work with developers to identify root causes and resolve problems;
  • Maintain internal documentation and improve the support knowledge base;
  • Suggest tools and improvements to empower support teams and reduce recurring issues.


Who You Are:

  • Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
  • Fluent in both English and Portuguese;
  • Currently residing in Portugal;
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver, eager to improve processes and automate tasks;
  • Experience with end-to-end testing (e.g., Selenium) and API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger);
  • Comfortable with CI/CD, observability tools (e.g., Sentry, DataDog), and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira);
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows;
  • A team player and clear communicator, at ease in cross-functional environments;
  • Bonus: Eligible for an IEFP Internship.
