Job Summary: The Quality Manager for After-Sales is responsible for managing and improving the quality of products and services after they have been delivered to customers. This role involves the development and implementation of quality management processes that ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain aftersales quality management processes in line with industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement.
  • Coordinate with the supplier quality management team to address quality issues in products and materials.
  • Implement corrective actions and improvements based on customer complaints and feedback.
  • Manage warranty claims and returns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct aftersales service audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to aftersales service teams to enhance their quality management skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality management practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on aftersales quality performance to senior management.
  • Continuously Monitor Fleet and Devices to analyze and optimize fleet performance
  • Manage RMA process and 8 D Reporting towards clients and partners

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Quality Management, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management, particularly in aftersales or customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Electronics' or data-driven products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with regular visits to supplier sites.
  • May require travel to conduct supplier audits and process qualifications.
