We are looking for support for our Logistics department at our Oporto Warehouse

Your Role In Our Team

• You'll perform and develop the various logistics activities associated with the product and materials shipping, ensuring a correct and efficient preparation of load plan, packaging and shipping coordination in the .
• You'll coordinate the equipment packing concept development, and also ensure the materials, or tools for subsequent shipment to the various customers.
• You'll guarantee the correct packaging, loading, and shipping of equipment to customers in accordance with the supply contracts.
• You'll verify the accomplishment of all the documentary management necessary to the process of transport of the equipment's.
• You'll promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.
• You will ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment, and safety.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in a industrial related Engineering course (e.g. Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Materials Engineering) or technical experience
• Work experience in Logistics Shipping
• English fluent, both verbal and written;
• MS Office proficient, especially MS Excel;
• User knowledge of ERPs (SAP is a plus);
• Dynamic team player with proactive and resilient personality.
