About The Role

  • Develop the overall UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League partnership strategy and activations in collaboration with the brand team and creative agency
  • Oversee the execution to bring partnership activations to life as well as ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Develop and drive cross-channel campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engagement and acquisition. Work closely with marketing teams to craft compelling engagement mechanics and content strategies tailored to sports audiences
  • Support strategy, budget and concept for offline activation in collaboration with brand team and events agency.
  • Plan and manage on-site activations, guest management and hospitality, and fan experiences at key sporting events. Additionally, oversee production and execution of the events including logistics, staffing, construction and overall brand presence for each event
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of campaigns and sponsorships
  • Identify new partnership opportunities in sports that align with brand objectives. Build business cases for additional sponsorships and negotiate agreements with potential partners.

About You

  • Min. 5 years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorship management, or sports partnerships
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills as well as strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for sports and fan engagement.
  • Experience with event planning and live activations
  • Data-driven approach to campaign analysis and reporting
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel for events and partnership activations.
