Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and EN IEC 80079 (QAN/QAR) standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership and will be responsible for aligning quality initiatives with Nexxiot's business strategy and operational needs. This is a key role that supports internal process excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the company's QMS according to ISO 9001 ans ISO 14001 requirements.
• Provide consulting support on the ISMS (ISO 27001) and EX compliance (EN IEC 80079/QAN/QAR).
• Act as a liaison for external certification bodies and manage the certification process.
• Coordinate and execute internal and external audits, track findings, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead the Management Review Process and follow through on action points.
• Oversee annual QMS and ISMS planning cycles and report on system health and KPIs.
• Train new employees and existing staff on QMS/ISMS protocols relevant to their functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and information security.
• Ensure risks are tracked and delegated appropriately within the organization.
• Maintain alignment between quality systems and evolving business needs.
  
  
  
  

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 1401, ISO 27001, EN IEC 80079).
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, CAPA, risk analysis, and document control.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., industrial, electronics, or rail sectors preferred).
• Excellent communication and training skills with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
• Ability to drive change, promote continuous improvement, and engage cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
