Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer support through various channels
- Guide users through account setup, login difficulties, payment queries, and ID verification
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with confidence and care
- Serve as a reliable support contact, particularly for clients in the sports sector
- Communicate clearly, patiently, and empathetically to foster customer trust
- Adhere to internal procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve support strategies and user satisfaction
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
