About The Job

The HR Hub Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and ad hoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.

Activities Of The Team Include

• Headcount monitoring & reporting (ExCo Dashboard…)
• Data Management
• Systems administration (SPEAR, My Learning…)
• Performance Review & 180° processes management
• Learning & Development support & reporting
• Global HR Processes management (Specific Populations, JAD…)
• Data Protection
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

Administrate CIB HR Transversal projects/processes

• Manage the full set-up of campaigns, acting as project office in the definition of the content and technical setup
• Administrate platforms such as About Me/ Medallia/ Qualtrics
• Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), documentation & training materials
• Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework
• Act as the main contact for Group HR representing CIB
• Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees
• Produce dashboards & ad hoc reporting
  
  

Administrate the CIB 180° campaigns for Management

• Manage each campaign as a project
• Administrate the platform
• Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), scope, timeline with deliverables, documentation & training materials
• Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework
• Produce dashboards & ad hoc reporting
• Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees
  
  

Projects

• Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients
• Take over the management of global HR processes
• Setup and follow up of the projects from the specifications up to the go live
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Systems administration & support
• Strong reporting/consolidation or process management experience
• Management of large databases
• Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level
• Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders
• Reporting
• Strong Team Spirit
