We are seeking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Professional who can take a holistic approach to digital marketing, communicate effectively with clients, and lead teams and projects to deliver exceptional results.
You’re not just an advisor – you’re a doer. You thrive on turning strategies into action and making performance efforts come to life.
You should have a deep understanding of key performance marketing channels and tools, including paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, CRO, programmatic advertising and performance metrics/KPIs with a focus on generating revenue for clients through metrics such as ROAS and LTV.
Your ability to connect the dots between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes is what sets you apart.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Performance Marketing Projects: manage multiple performance marketing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs that exceed client expectations – with a strong focus on generating revenue.
- Develop Strategic Solutions: analyze complex marketing challenges, diagnose root causes, and craft actionable solutions that drive results.
- Build Relationships: foster trust-based relationships with clients, internal leadership, and stakeholders by understanding their unique needs and providing insightful recommendations.
- Operationalize Strategies: translate performance strategies into actionable plans, oversee their implementation, and track progress against KPIs.
- Apply A/B testing methodologies on creatives, landing pages, copy, and bidding strategies to enhance CRO and drive revenue.
- Drive Innovation: stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to keep our performance marketing efforts cutting-edge.

- A good communicator who can simplify complex concepts and articulate performance strategies clearly.
- A hands-on executor who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A data-driven decision-maker who knows how to leverage insights to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, including managing campaigns across paid media (mainly Google Ads, Meta and Tiktok) SEO and programmatic advertising.
- Experience should ideally be within professional services organizations, such as agencies, consulting firms, or technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics4, Adobe Analytics), ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of KPI metrics, with a focus on value-driven indicators such as ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
- CRO experience across the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to loyalty.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads Searh, Display and Video Certification, Facebook Blueprint.
- Google Analytics certification.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation.
