Position Summary
The D2D Expert will play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of our Design Transformation ambitions in Group Marketing. Leads key initiatives under the guidance of Global Design team in the development and global deployment, embedding and enhancing of Design to Delivery (D2D) as well as other Group-level activities to contribute to driving Design Excellence. Within the remit of D2D and in collaboration with the Connected Packaging Project Manager, act as Global Marketing point of contact and lead the development of required packaging design and artwork integration guidance for GS1 2D (QR) barcode supporting the 2027 Project Sunrise full deployment. Beyond GS1, ensure D2D and associated Global Design tools and guidance offer our Marketing, Design, and Agency users efficient and effective experiences that help drive design effectiveness and efficiencies.

A day in the life of...
- Contribute to our global design strategies covering all SBUs/GMBs/Markets across Zones (currently over 110 countries and 10k users) in pursuit of Design Excellence
- Lead the definition and development of evolving packaging design & artwork guidance to support the deployment and adoption of GS1 2D barcode adoption, by 2027 across all product packaging
- Partner closely with the IT teams involved in developing and enhancing our D2D and Global Design tools to contribute to defining global requirements and participating in transformation efforts
- 6+ years design and/or artwork agency experience with at least 2+ years managing teams.
- Deep experience developing packaging for global brands and across geographies, and managing the development of fit-for-purpose assets and masterfiles.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships
- Proficient English writing, reading, speaking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team oriented mentality and attitude.
- Ownership, responsibility & adaptability.
- Result oriented.
