The Nokia Assurance Center, a multi-vendor assurance solution, utilizes a modern cloud-native approach and leverages Bell Labs AI and ML technology alongside Nokia Orchestration Center to enable automated operations within Nokia's Digital Operations Center.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies.
- Analyses, designs, develops and tests products / services / improvements / bug resolutions for integrated hardware / software systems as per customers' requirements.
- Resolves customer trouble tickets. Diagnoses complex problems / issues (EG hardware, software, combination) and provides resolution or recommend corrective actions.
- Plans technical requirements from customers’ needs.
- Develops SW build-controlled productions releases (EG main and update releases, service packages, maintenance updates, and customer design engineering).
- Defines product software evolutions through the creation and release of software documentation, software change control management, supplier and customer notifications.
- Applies and maintains quality standards. Participates in process and tools evolutions and improvements.
- Apply engineering practices such as test-driven development, pair-programming, and software refactoring
- Be an advocate of the SW craftsmanship, believe in agile & lean values and have the quality first mindset
- Embrace best engineering practices, focusing on Continuous Improvement and Continuous Delivery mindsets
- Knowledge in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java17+, C++, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, React), using and creating containers & container management tools like Kubernetes
- Knowledge in REST services and API usage and design (JSON, REST, Swagger)
- Basic educational knowledge. Degree or equivalent
- Database knowledge/interest: SQL/HQL or Oracle or MariaDB
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, GitLab)
- Knowledge of Test automation (e.g., Junit, Jest, Selenium, Robot Framework, Cucumber) and Test-driven development
- Knowledge of dependency management (e.g., Webpack, Maven, Gradle, npm)
