What You’ll Do

  • The person responsible for this role will have the main objective of defining and implementing the digital strategy for the Business website, ensuring that communication and content are aligned with the brand's positioning
  • Ensure that the brand's digital presence is coherent and effective, with product launches and campaigns being executed according to the plans (execution and timings), contributing to the growth of connectivity and developing B&C as a strategic segment
  • Define the strategy and operation of the Business website, focusing on the structure and organization of communication
  • Ensure digital communication during product launches and continuous updates of digital content (offer updates or mandatory information)
  • Coordinate the implementation of ATL campaigns in a digital environment
  • Define creative briefs for the brand
  • Analyze performance results and A/B tests to support execution decisions
  • Responsible for managing projects follow up and ensure execution of Digital projects defined by the Group (namely CDP, V-HUB, Highspot and Maac)
  • The scope also includes managing C2C as responsibility, implementing campaigns, analyzing performance KPIs to always introduce improvements. And requires research of new approaches (and competitors benchmark) to ensure a competitive positioning to the brand
  • Analyze C2C metrics to adjust the platform performance
  • Manage digital projects with the Group, such as V-Hub, CDP, Highspot and Maac, ensuring alignment with the defined strategy and priorities


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience with content management systems (familiarity with Coremedia is a plus)
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms and A/B testing tools
  • Solid experience in website management and digital communication
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy and campaign coordination
  • Proficient in interpreting data analytics and conducting A/B testing
  • Skilled in managing complex projects and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of VBU offer is a plus to better understand the key arguments to message
