Position
In team.blue we have a growing portfolio of successful and growing
SaaS companies. We are looking for a Security expert to assist these
companies in implementing team.blue security standards and
security tooling.
Your objectives are:
You will be doing this by working with our portfolio of SaaS
companies on:

The position can be based anywhere within EU as fully remote or

companies in implementing team.blue security standards and
security tooling.
Your objectives are:
- Helping team.blue SaaS companies mature their security
- Develop guidance, template policies and improve onboarding
You will be doing this by working with our portfolio of SaaS
companies on:
- Adopting team.blue standards and policies
- Helping implement security tooling such as vulnerability
etc.
- Advice the companies on remediating the findings from due
- Assist targets in developing testing business continuity and
- Assist in building their risk register
- Consult with target on security questions and issues
template policies, procedures and guides to help less mature
companies to mature their information security systems and
continuously improve the “team.blue Information Security
Standards”.
The position can be based anywhere within EU as fully remote or
hybrid working from one of our many offices.
Your Skillset
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in GRC
(Governance, risk & compliance) and/or technical security.
- We expect you to have 5+ years of experience within information
functions.
- Good English skills both verbal and written
- Good at communicating risks to both technical teams and senior
- Good collaboration skills as you will be working with many
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity tooling
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity controls
- Broad knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, CIS
- Knowledge of GDPR regarding relevant technical security
It is a plus if you:
- Have knowledge of CIS, NIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS and similar
- Certification in CISSP, ISO 27001 Implementer/auditor, CISM,
- Can communicate in several European languages.
- You will be working in a team of security experts and be part of the
