Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the P&T Lead, you will:
- Actively coordinate with hiring managers and international account managers to identify and explore staffing needs;
- Lead regular follow ups on open positions and keep the Open Positions Tracker up to date on a daily basis;
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and manage candidate journey through local system (success factors);
- Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including screening calls, technical assessments and in-person interviews combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions);
- Be familiar with immigration processes and assist the candidates with related orientation;
- Manage the recruitment platforms and onboarding process liaising with all teams involved.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with preferably 1 year of IT/Technical recruitment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of immigration processes;
- Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office);
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable and Success Factors;
- Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills;
- Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
