Your role:
- Leading all development activities according to PDP/ADP with limited supervision
- Maintaining engineering documentation
- Conducting benchmarking
- Coordinating the creation of prototypes from project to final product, with supervision
- Analyzing finished product, drawing conclusions, and making improvements
- Checking and creating reports on the quality of production components
- Inputting data into DFMEA
- Conducting ME (Manufacturing Engineering) activities and preparing cost estimates
- Reviewing test reports, drawing conclusions, and proposing changes
- Creating and performing tests for production machines
- Developing procedures and test requirements
- Addressing simple production problems
- Conducting on-the-job training
- Familiarity with training documentation and BOP/BOD
- Improving analytical tools Monitoring market trends and conditions
- Participating in drafting technical specifications for new equipment and software
- Maintaining constant contact with the customer, supervising and defining directions for collaboration
- Working in accordance with Aptiv standards and specific customer requirements
- Proposing improvements to the Aptiv system
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
- 2–5+ years of professional experience
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Knowledge of other foreign languages
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management and task/project execution
- Experience in manufacturing process development, especially in automotive or similar industry
- Solid understanding of technical knowledge and design principles
- High level of analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
