What you will do

The Operational Sales Support is responsible for maintaining the catalogue and POS materials, managing and maintain the customer database, samples, free goods; He/she will be required to prepare presentations with relevant business information and also required to be well prepared with product information in order to introduce it to the customers supporting with the best technical information. He / She will assist the Sales Field Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer database:
  • New listings (master data information)
  • Customer master data (assortment, prices)
  • Samples, free goods:
  • Management of Samples Requests Form. CS have access to different files (including ICP list) to check the correctness of the NART (e.g. Nart closed, non-active, active on a different channel, etc).
  • Send product samples to customers / sales reps (check if available in the office / indicate which ones to request to warehouse / ship by mail)
  • Shipment of campaign trade gifts to customers
  • Presentation: supports the preparation of customer meetings e.g. data, analysis, ppt presentation
  • Product information:
  • Asking PM general info about a product (mainly request done by our Sales Teams)
  • Customized campaigns for customers, proposal of range, discounts and visual presentation (ppt)
  • Send Safe Data Sheets / PI Sheet / Pictures to customers and sales team


Sending to customers info about products, descriptions, pictures, catalogues, flyers

What you will need

Educational qualifications:

  • University degree preferred (economics, business administration, marketing, …) or bachelor with additional job related certifications/experiences.
  • Fluent in English (B2) both verbal as in writing, Spanish (A2) is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, good knowledge in other MS Office tools
  • Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory
