Skills And Experiences
- For an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) intern, the most valuable skills to develop are a combination of technical proficiency in ERP systems and strong soft skills. This includes understanding ERP modules, data management, business intelligence tools, as well as effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Hands-on experience with specific ERP software like SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is always welcome.
- you live in Portugal, you speak Portuguese (English is also needed)
- you're willing to do a hybrid job (our office is Lisbon based)
- you have a strong academic background in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- you have specific coursework or experience in ERP systems, business process management, data analysis or related areas – also highly beneficial
- you have teamwork and adaptability
- definitely, you have a passion for technology.
- gathering and documenting information (helping collect and documenting the specific needs and processes of different business units within the company)
- system configuration (assisting in configuring the ERP system modules to align with the company's requirements and workflows)
- data migration (may participate in the process of transferring data, including in data cleansing and validation)
- testing and quality assurance (collaborating with the testing team to ensure that the ERP system functions correctly and meets the defined requirements)
- troubleshooting and issue resolution (assisting in identifying and resolving issues that arise during the implementation or operation of the ERP system)
- documentation and reporting (contributing to creating and maintaining documentation, such as system configuration guides, user manuals, and project status reports)
- project support (may participate in project meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to problem-solving efforts)
- gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of ERP implementation and operation, contributing to the success of the project while developing valuable skills for future career.
