Responsibilities
- Client Management: Being our clients' trusted advisor, ensuring a solid relationship and challenging constructively whenever necessary.
- Client Monitoring: Participating in formal progress monitoring meetings, providing relevant reports and indicators tailored to each client.
- Technical Delivery Management: Ensuring the smooth running and execution of ongoing projects, guaranteeing the quality, deadlines and efficiency of deliveries.
- Commercial Support: Collaborating with the commercial team, providing strategic input and business insight to identify opportunities and develop the accounts under management.
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role;
- Previous experience in service management, client management, or similar functions;
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work with technical teams and maintain a global vision of the business;
- Proactive spirit and customer satisfaction oriented;
- Good analytical skills and a flair for dynamic and collaborative environments
- Good Excel skills;
- Fluent in English.
