THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level Benefits Analyst. In this role, you will support the administration and analysis of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in human resources or benefits administration.

In this role, you will support the administration and analysis of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs.
- Help maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and benefits platforms.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits eligibility, coverage, and claim procedures.
- Support benefits enrollment processes, including open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and life event changes.
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Help prepare benefits communication materials and employee education sessions.
- Analyze benefits usage data and assist with reporting and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve services.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Internship or experience in an HR or benefits-related role is a plus, but not required.
