Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
