How You’ll Make An Impact

• Collaborate with the Regional HR Services Manager to understand local HR processes and their connection to external providers.
• Analyze and interpret transaction-based data, focusing on cost evaluations and shared services delivery.
• Create engaging dashboards to visualize costs by country and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including cost estimations and vendor management structures.
• Develop skills in creating purchase orders and invoice approvals while mapping processes for enhanced efficiency.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Finished or concluding a degree in Finance, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand the business context behind data.
• Eager to learn with a self-organized work approach and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a global environment.
