Job Opening: Application Manager | DevOps & SREResponsibilities:Manage configuration, administration, maintenance, and monitoring of Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization software, both cloud-based and on-premises.Analyze problems, develop solutions, facilitate expert collaboration, and derive project plans for IT management or executive approval.Document lessons learned and prepare training materials from projects and issues.Lead initial projects and support larger, complex projects.Collaborate with development teams to enhance the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), discussing requirements and testing implementations.Test and deploy new software versions, including in-house developed production software.Requirements:Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent apprenticeship with extensive experience.2-3 years of relevant experience in server administration and network support in an international environment.Skills in Linux, Windows servers, and scripting languages.Experience with virtualization, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB.Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Azure Arc, and cloud applications.Structured, independent, and team-oriented work approach.Excellent English skills; German is a plus.If interested, please send your CV to ****** with the reference "CA/App Manager".
