HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join in our team with base in BOSS Store Braga Parque.

We´re looking for great sellers with experience in retail sector with very positive attitude and motivation to be part or our staff.

What you can expect:

• To provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets, as well as KPI indicators.
• Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions.
• Be able to respond to inquiries about price, location, features, benefits, and the use of HUGO BOSS products.
• Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
• Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customers' attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities.

• Proven experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment.
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
• Always presents a professional image.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
• Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances.
