This is our emotional salary:Great Work-Life balance;Very flexible organizational routine;Health benefits (for you and your family);Team Building activities;Over 300 protocols to offer you great discounts in different areas;Continuous professional development sponsored by our Training and Certification Department;Regular feedback on your performance through a personalized plan;Comprehensive career plan and progression involving assertive performance reviews.Responsibilities:Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, stability, and functionalityImplement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service CatalogAutomate workflows and develop scripts using JavaScript and Flow DesignerManage user access, roles, and groups in compliance with security best practicesMonitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patchesSupport integrations with other tools and platforms via REST/SOAP APIsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutionsDocument configurations and update internal knowledge baseYou must have:Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on knowledge across core ITSM modulesProficiency in scripting (JavaScript) and workflow automation within the platformExperience with platform integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service CatalogUnderstanding of ITIL principles and how they apply within ServiceNowExperience with system upgrades and instance cloningExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications are a plusEuropean Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese ResidencyAvailability to go to the office, once or twice per week If you want to be part of a real People First organization, join us!
