PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Business Analyst 365!

Your Mission

• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Analyzing and mapping retail store processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation through Microsoft Dynamics.
• Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to the functional delivery of the solution.
• Specifying and documenting functional and technical requirements related to Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Supporting development validation and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business expectations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT, stakeholders, and end users.
• Attending meetings with national and international stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and aligned business perspective.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics (mandatory).
• Functional knowledge or hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
• Previous experience in retail or consumer-facing environments, with a solid understanding of store operational flows.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and support for testing activities.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
