The Tech Partnerships team at Usercentrics fosters strategic growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with leading Website Builders and Content Management Systems. We connect our consent management platform with key ecosystem players, focusing on expanding and improving user experience and driving growth for both our partners and Usercentrics.

Your Tasks

  • Identify, prioritize and select Website builders and Content Management Systems to partner with together with CMS product lead
  • Build and maintain strategic partner relationships with Website builders and Content Management Systems to promote and distribute Usercentrics apps and integrations.
  • Create and negotiate relevant partnership agreements, revenue share models, and manage all contractual matters of the partnership.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to leverage partnerships for customer acquisition and retention, together with our Partnerships Marketing team.
  • Develop and execute packages and custom pricing/propositions with partners where relevant.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within partner ecosystems.
  • Work closely with the product team to incorporate commercial partner feedback into the app development roadmap and ensure technical alignment with partner platforms.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute commercial optimizations in our partnerships

You Bring

Required

  • Smart commercial mindset
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial partner management, business development, or a related commercial role in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of building and managing commercial partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Background in negotiating commercial agreements and revenue-sharing partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and commercial relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making to drive prioritization
  • Commercial hands-on mentality towards execution, scale, prioritization, and speed&agility
  • Experience managing app listings on platforms such as Wix, Shopify, or WordPress, including ensuring compliance with listing requirements and optimizing for visibility.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies and experience scaling customer acquisition.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and retaining customers at scale through partnerships or platform integrations.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with tools and platforms for analytics, marketing automation, and CRM.
