VOQIN' is looking for a Tech & Data Innovation Specialist to join our new Future LABS, a multidisciplinary unit dedicated to innovation, supporting the company's internal and external developments in the fields of events, technology and Emotional Thinking.
You'll support experimental projects, AI prototypes, digital tools, and the infrastructure to reshape how we design the future of events. This position requires a combination of technical skill, passion for organization, curiosity, creative exploration, and cross-team collaboration. Your Mission: Support the development of AI prototypes and automation toolsSetup and configuration of virtual environments Data collection, cleansing, and visualizationAssist in building dashboards and integrating smart analyticsBenchmarking and testing new software toolsTranslate technical concepts into practical use casesDocumentation and reporting of systems usedParticipation in agile sprints with the Future LABS team Your Superpowers: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or similar2-3 years of experience in tech/IT/data projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Skilled in Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure/Windows Server or otherProblem-solverCreative, curious and proactive mindsetComfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Perks and Benefits Hybrid working patternFlexible working hoursHealth InsuranceCompany laptop and mobile phoneA day off for your Birthday At VOQIN' we embrace diversity and inclusion.
