As we scale, we're building a commercial team driven by insight, and we're hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to help us sharpen our decisions and drive performance with data.

Role Summary As our BI Analyst within the Sales & GTM team, you'll play a critical role in turning operational and customer data into business insight. You'll support the sales, customer success, and partnerships teams with analytics that drive revenue growth, customer adoption, and commercial effectiveness. This is a cross-functional role with strong exposure to strategy, field execution, and retail analytics.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance, customer KPIs, and GTM funnel metrics.Analyze client usage data to identify patterns, churn risks, and upsell opportunities.Deliver insights that support pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and territory planning.Track GTM experiments and campaigns, measuring impact and supporting commercial decision-making.Work closely with customer success to analyze ROI and impact of Reckon.ai deployments.Improve data flow between CRM, BI, and field ops systems, ensuring clean and actionable reporting.Support strategic planning with clear, data-backed reporting to leadership and investors.

What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Analytics, or similar roles.Experience working in or with sales/commercial teams, ideally in tech or retail/FMCG.Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau).Experience working with CRM data (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).Strong business acumen: understands sales funnels, customer lifecycles, and revenue metrics.Excellent communication skills – can synthesize and present insights to both commercial and technical audiences.Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Nice to Have Experience in SaaS or retail technology environments.Familiarity with GTM tools and KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion, etc.).Comfort working with data across multiple sources (CRM, support tools, usage analytics, etc.).
