We’re looking for a skilled 3D Generalist to join our content production team and bring brand stories to life through visual mastery. From developing high-end product packshots to guiding VFX decisions across markets, this role places you at the heart of visual innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicating 3D art requirements and options to creative leadership, enabling decisions based on budget and timelines
- Managing the development, refinement, and presentation of 3D art assets and production options
- Reviewing storyboards/scripts with the team to align 3D asset creation with animation needs
- Managing 3D art schedules in alignment with broader project timelines and budgets - Providing creative and technical guidance throughout the 3D production process - Regularly communicating project status, goals, and timelines to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring all 3D art and visual effects meet the creative vision and highest quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D (modeling, lighting, texturing) and 2D - Strong experience in VFX and complex 3D production workflows
- Experience as an on-set supervisor and collaboration with Art Directors and film production (a strong plus)
- Experience in a brand environment, preferably FMCG (a strong plus) - Proficiency in creating high-end product packshots
- A Bachelor’s degree in graphic or artistic fields is a plus, but a strong portfolio is most important
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale under tight deadlines and resource constraints
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (e.g., exporting textures from Illustrator, basic edits in Photoshop); familiarity with Substance tools is a plus
- Ability to track 3D cameras and objects, primarily using GeoTracker
- Full 3D skillset: lighting, shading, animation, basic simulations (fluids, smoke, particles), rendering
- Basic compositing skills: integrating 3D renders with camera plates (roto, color correction, grading, masking, 2D tracking); Nuke preferred
