Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and courteous support through phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Assist with account setup, login issues, user verification, and transaction support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver easy-to-understand solutions
- Handle inquiries with a caring, solution-oriented approach
- Maintain clear and respectful communication to build lasting customer trust
- Comply with internal guidelines to ensure service quality and consistency
- Contribute feedback and ideas to help improve the overall support experience
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
