We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our client's team in beautiful Portugal!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support to our customers through phone and email on a variety of issues.
  • Ensure the information you give is accurate, valid, and complete by adhering to established procedures.
  • Take charge of customer inquiries, guaranteeing prompt responses and resolutions.
  • Build meaningful relationships by addressing customer questions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed our customer service quality benchmarks, compliance standards, and productivity targets.
  • Create memorable customer experiences that we can all take pride in.
  • Adhere to management guidance and provide helpful feedback.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Swedish or Danish (C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Independence and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.
  • Capability to guide customers through complex processes from beginning to end.
  • EU citizenship, a Portuguese residence card, or an expression of interest.
