- Ensure the information you give is accurate, valid, and complete by adhering to established procedures.
- Take charge of customer inquiries, guaranteeing prompt responses and resolutions.
- Build meaningful relationships by addressing customer questions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality benchmarks, compliance standards, and productivity targets.
- Create memorable customer experiences that we can all take pride in.
- Adhere to management guidance and provide helpful feedback.

- Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Swedish or Danish (C2 level).

- Independence and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.
- Capability to guide customers through complex processes from beginning to end.
- EU citizenship, a Portuguese residence card, or an expression of interest.
