What You'll do:

• Develop and maintain front-end components using React for a NextGen core banking solution;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a staff augmentation environment;
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
• Ensure high-quality user interfaces that align with product and UX specifications;
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders;
• Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

What You Are:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in React development (mandatory);
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team;
• Flexible, open-minded, and innovative mindset.
